Modular lightweight and sustainable cross car beam solution. PA6-GF60 injected with high thermal stability for tube, tunnel, and side bracket. Additional brackets can easily be fixed for greater modularity, with adapted materials and easier disassembly at the vehicles end of life.

New microcellular injection molding process for lightweight parts with defined grain directly from injection tool, allowing high design freedom. The result is a fully recycled part made from one single polypropylene grade, allowing a unique grain possibility, with a 99,9% grain transfer.
