This is the result of a variety of initiatives: training to support female leadership, promotion of an inclusive culture, coaching and mentoring programs. Solidarity: the FORVIA Foundation

The FORVIA Foundation puts significant resources into supporting employee-led projects in countries where the Group operates. These actions are focused on three pillars: education, mobility and the environment. It has also forged five long-term partnerships with NGOs and foundations recognized for their societal actions. Thanks to its Solidarity Hub, the Foundation offers FORVIA employees volunteer work with non-profit organizations on personal time, bridging the gap between employees’ desire to act and the volunteer missions offered by local non-profits.
