Interns & apprentices
We offer an international experience, with English as working language and strong interculturality. 60% of our apprentices and interns are hired in VIE or direct recruitment. Each year, we welcome more than 2,000 apprentices and interns.
The variety of missions and paths allows all our young talents to participate in the future of mobility. We are close to students and committed to training young generations. We carry out actions with schools, including sponsorships, job fairs, conferences and afterworks. Join us for a rewarding professional experience!
VIE
With more than 400 VIE opportunities provided each year, we invest in the professional and personal development of young talents through 12 to 24 months missions in more than 30 countries.
The benefits include a position with responsibilities and opportunity to work out of your comfort zone, the development of your technical, managerial and linguistic skills, an international exposure, and the opportunity to show your potential and build up a network.
The comprehensive VIE package includes a monthly allowance, worldwide health insurance, vacations and holidays.
Young graduates programs
We offer graduate programs in Finance and Operations. Over two years, the members of FORVIA graduate programs take on two or more stretching rotations across our businesses, including international experiences. They are business facing, communicating with key contacts within the Business Groups and Headquarter. These rotations allow them to gain a broad range of experience before finding a permanent role following the program.
