FORVIA on Social Media

A debut appearance at ConExpo this week for our Seating business, marking an important step in its progressive expansion into the thriving commercial and industrial vehicle market!

We’re exhibiting two new seats, both specifically designed for the construction and mining industries, delivering the comfort, ergonomics, durability, and sustainability these demanding environments require.

➡️ one seat is built on a rugged metal platform designed for industrial duty and simple integration into existing machinery. With enhanced features including massage systems, heating, adjustable bolsters and lumbar support, it improves efficiency and productivity.

➡️ The other seat has a robust metal structure and a modular architecture that separates the cushion and backrest into replaceable, upgradable modules

In addition, @FORVIA HELLA teams, with a long history of supplying the construction sector, are also at the show!

FORVIA delivered solid results in 2025 thanks to the rigorous execution of its three strategic priorities - best-in-class performance, business transformation and invigorating culture.

➡️ With €27bn sales at constant currency, a 5.6% operating margin and €962m in net cash flow (up 47%), the Group continues to strengthen its financial fundamentals.
➡️ Net debt decreased to €6.0bn, bringing leverage down to 1.7x.
➡️ FORVIA also advanced its portfolio transformation, including the planned divestiture of the Interiors Business Group, expected to reduce net debt by over €1bn.

➡️ Entering 2026, FORVIA targets further profitability gains and deleveraging to 1.5x.

This sets the stage for a refreshed strategic roadmap presented at today’s Capital Markets Day.
