We believe that diversity is a strength

FORVIA is convinced that a diverse and inclusive workforce is both a source of motivation for employees, and a source of innovation and performance. As a truly global company with operations in more than 40 countries and more than 100 nationalities in our workforce, diversity is in our DNA. FORVIA is committed to promoting diversity as a real strength and an asset, to acting for inclusion and to combating all forms of discrimination.

 

Diversity encompasses origin, religion, gender, handicap, sexual orientation, training experience, and any other difference. Diversity gives us a richer understanding of customer expectations, creates a more creative work environment, and allows us to make better business decisions. To create an inclusive culture where all forms of diversity create real value for the company, FORVIA has adopted gender diversity targets and inclusion action plans.

 

We have set a target that by 2030, 35% of managers and 30% of the top 300 executives will be women and pursue an active policy to expand gender diversity through recruitment, career management, HR processes and training. Our initiatives also include coaching, mentoring and sponsorship: FORVIA University runs two programs to support female talents, and more than160 women in managerial positions are enrolled in coaching or mentoring programs.

 

To involve the Group’s 300 senior executives in the rollout of our diversity strategy, 10% of their long-term compensation is linked to the achievement of the gender diversity targets
